Great questions!

We put minds first and marketing second by freeing internal creativity before steering creative outcomes.

Creativity, better directed.
Well, butter my brain and call it a biscuit, uncreative thinking is learned?! Brilliant. That means we can unlearn it right back.
The creative work of today is either offending or failing our marketing objectives. By prioritising cheap laughs or cookie cutter approaches over intentional creativity, we move the creative marketing needle more and more towards sameness. So why are organisations desperate to stand out but afraid to be original?

We're suffering from a creative deficit due to risk-averse attitudes and restrictive internal narratives around creativity, which are driving away our most intuitive and empathetic creative people.
You see, extraordinary thinking triggers, disrupts, and needs us to be ready for the inevitable change it brings. But how many of us are really ready to disturb the status quo?
Whether you're in need of more original ideas for your business or looking to unscrunch (that's 'free' to you and me) your marketers creativity, then you've come to the right place—oh and I'm Chloe by the way, the Founder, you can read more about me later.
The unscrunch mission
At unscrunch, we want to be the reason creativity thrives in minds and in marketing, through facilitation, consultancy and hands-on creative marketing support.

Together let's start actively investing in our creative thinking by accepting responsibility for nurturing it, replenishing it and strategically navigating it. In doing so, we unscrunch the mind from its uncreative folds and strides towards stronger marketing ideation.

The result? More industry-defining outcomes from extraordinary thinking minds.

Meet the founder
For as long as I can remember, I've loved ideas. Ideas that force us to see things different, and the ideas that were hiding in someone's head all along after a little guidance. And yet, when employed by the creative industry, I found the same ideas and the same thinking were often prioritised. So, I set out to change that with unscrunch.

Prior to founding unscrunch, I worked in marketing for almost ten years as a creative and marketer, in agencies and in-house marketing teams around Cambridge and London.

Across my career I've learnt that my confidence to question, empathise, and strive for heart-led and different ideas has set my work apart. And yet no one ever taught me how to do that. So now I guide others by unfolding extraordinary ideas out of unscrunched minds.
